Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cosma platform at cosma.ad ("Service"), operated by BigBoost AI LLC ("BigBoost," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Cosma is a cross-platform advertising intelligence platform that connects to your Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising accounts via OAuth to provide unified dashboards, automated anomaly detection, campaign intelligence, and daily performance briefings. We do not manage or modify your advertising campaigns — Cosma operates in read-only mode.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the organization you represent. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at legal@cosma.ad.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; attempt to access data belonging to other customers; use the Service to violate any law or regulation; share your account credentials with unauthorized parties; or use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service. 4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your advertising data. By using the Service, you grant BigBoost a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and store your advertising platform data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your data for training machine learning models, advertising, or any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party advertising platform APIs (Google, Meta, Microsoft) which may experience outages outside our control. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via email with at least 24 hours notice when possible.

6. Payment & Billing

Pricing and payment terms will be published separately. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the agreed interval. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for the current billing period only.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, documentation, and branding, is owned by BigBoost AI LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. "Cosma" and the Cosma logo are trademarks of BigBoost AI LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIGBOOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service provides intelligence and recommendations — it does not make advertising decisions on your behalf, and you are solely responsible for actions taken based on information provided by the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BigBoost, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination: we will stop syncing your advertising data immediately; your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted; OAuth tokens are deleted immediately. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
