Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 11, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Cosma platform. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Use
Cosma is designed for advertising agencies and businesses to monitor and analyze their own advertising performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising. You may use the Service to: connect ad accounts you own or are authorized to manage; view dashboards, reports, and intelligence; invite team members and clients to collaborate; and export your own data for internal use.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: connect ad accounts you do not own or have authorization to access; share your credentials with unauthorized parties; use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data; attempt to access other customers' data; reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service; use the Service to violate any law or ad platform policy; interfere with Service infrastructure; resell access without authorization; or facilitate fraudulent advertising activity.
3. Rate Limits & Fair Use
To ensure quality for all customers, we enforce rate limits on API calls, data syncs, and report generation. Excessive usage that degrades the Service may result in temporary throttling.
4. Data Integrity
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including organization details, client names, and team member roles. You must not misrepresent your identity or authorization level when connecting ad accounts.
5. Reporting & Enforcement
Report violations to legal@cosma.ad. We reserve the right to investigate and take action including warning, suspension, or termination. We may cooperate with law enforcement if a violation involves illegal activity.
