Is Cosma another AI media-buying tool?

No. Cosma is a diagnostic layer, not an autonomous agent. We have read-only access to your ad accounts — we never push a budget, change a bid, or pause a creative. We surface the leak and deep-link you to where it lives. The work of buying, and the accountability for it, stays with your operators.

Which platforms do you support today?

Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads are first-class. GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and arbitrary warehouse tables (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) flow in as context. LinkedIn and Pinterest are on the 90-day roadmap.

How fast does onboarding actually take?

One agency, one workspace, one ad account: under 30 minutes from signup to morning brief. Multi-client agency rollouts ship inside a week with a dedicated migration partner.

What about data privacy & client confidentiality?

SOC 2 Type II. Per-workspace encryption keys. Your client data is never used to train shared models — there are no shared models. Diagnostics run on aggregated, anonymized industry benchmarks you can opt into or out of.

Can I white-label the client portal?

Yes — higher tiers include domain, logo, and report-template white-labeling. Client-facing reports always credit the agency.

What does "built by an agency, for agencies" actually mean?

BigBoost — the agency that built Cosma — runs it on its own book of business every day. If a flag isn't useful in our morning brief, it doesn't ship. The product roadmap is a sub-set of our internal one.
